Section 164
Not to pledge or bind
(1) No one shall engage or cause any person to be employed for any kind of reward or as a hostage or as a bond or in any other similar manner.
(2) A person who commits or commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for a term of three to seven years and shall be fined from 30 thousand to 1 lakh rupees.
